Materials
Mulch, fertiliser and any plants are charged separately and listed on the quote.
Green waste volume
Big prunings and heavy cut-backs mean more to take away and dispose of.

How often should my garden be maintained?
Most home gardens do well with a visit every two to four weeks in summer and every four to six weeks in winter. Low-maintenance native gardens may need less.
Do you bring the mulch?
Yes. We can supply and spread mulch, and we'll list it separately on the quote. If you have a preference, like pine bark, hardwood chip or sugar cane, let us know.
Can you do a one-off garden clean-up?
Yes. Many customers start with a clean-up to get an overgrown garden back under control, then move to regular maintenance. See also green waste removal.
Do you use chemicals in the garden?
Only where they're needed. We hand weed around delicate plants, and use targeted spot treatments rather than blanket spraying.
Will you prune my fruit trees?
We do light pruning and shaping of small fruit trees like citrus. Large trees, or anything needing a climber or a chainsaw at height, should go to a qualified arborist.
What if I want to change the garden, not just maintain it?
